Meet the founder Jessica Rice
Jessica is a certified fitness professional through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with over 10 years of experience in the sports and fitness industry. Her career began when she was awarded a scholarship to play on the Azusa Pacific Women’s basketball team. During this time, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science. She has been a basketball coach, programs coordinator for the YMCA, and a personal trainer. She has helped a large population of people, from young athletes, to prenatal/postnatal women, corporate professionals and elderly adults.
Since having kids of her own, Jessica has developed an increased desire for helping youth. She successfully engages, educates, and motivates each individual to reach for more! She also takes a dynamic approach to ensure that everyone she trains is empowered to live out a healthy lifestyle that is always challenging and growing.

Growing up I was very active and played several sports. This was how I learned that athletics and physical fitness not only strengthens our bodies and minds but also propels personal growth and touches on many areas of youth health and development. Helping our kids accomplish this is not an easy task but it’s well worth it and lays a necessary foundation for their future! My desire is to give you parents as much help as possible. Through Bodynamics, we are providing fun and innovative programs for your kids, resources for you to use at home, and a community of other families who can help you stay motivated and committed to your young child or teenager’s success.

Loving Fitness
TK-2nd grade
Loving Fitness gives a great introduction to fitness and nutrition. This outdoor class engages the young ones, sparks a new love for fitness, brightens their smiles and burns tons of energy.

Fundamentals of Fitness
6th-12th grade
This outdoor class is designed to engage & educate youth on fundamental movements for exercise and healthy eating. Students are all placed within their age groups and are challenged on a higher level.

Basketball Skills Academy
K-12th Grade
Student athletes receive instruction and learn fundamental basketball skills from former collegiate athlete Jessica Rice. Their minds and bodies are constantly challenged as they improve mechanics and develop basketball IQ.
