The BODYNAMICS Training curriculum for middle school students focuses on developing power, speed, and strength through age-appropriate weightlifting and more athletic movements. Building on the character development introduced in our Dynamic Foundations program, it also equips students with knowledge for leading healthy, active lifestyles.
